“It has been my experience that there is a human desire to be seen and heard. My priority is to create a warm and safe space for you to freely share your thoughts and feelings. My hope is, with time, we can come together to better understand the source of the emotions you’re experiencing. My intention is to walk with you on the journey of knowing yourself. I strongly believe in open curiosity paired with synergy which is a bedrock to a trust-based relationship. I aspire to aid you in building on your own strengths and learn additional skills that empower you to better manage life’s challenges.” - Naomi
